2nd ten days of October.

EXTRACTION
In two stages within 4 hours of harvest.

STORAGE
Stainless steel tanks in an oxygen-free environment.

SENSORY PROFILE
Aroma: light fruitiness, elegant hints of artichoke and white fruit.
Flavour: A balance of bitterness and spiciness.
