TYPE
Dry red wine.

TERRAIN
Medium white limestone mix, 350 meters above sea level.

HARVEST
During the first ten days of September the bunches are selected, hand-picked and placed in plateaux.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Guyot and simple pergola.

BLEND
60% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella.

VINIFICATION
Bunches are left to ventilate naturally for a few days.
Low temperature fermentation and maceration, with daily remontages and delestages. Malolactic fermentation in small steel tank. Ageing for about 18 months in French barriques and amphorae.

AGEING
18 months in bottle. Closure with natural cork.

TASTING
Colour: medium intensity ruby red with strong transparency tendent to garnet throughout aging.
Bouquet: fruity and floral hints of cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, violet and rose. Light spicy notes.
On the palate: full-bodied and intense, great freshness and acidity.

Alcohol: 14,5%.
Total acidity: 5,75 g/L.
Residual sugar: 1,6 g/L.

Product size: 750 ml – 1,5 liter mag.
