At the end of September the bunches are selected, hand-picked and placed in plateaux.
TRAINING SYSTEM
Guyot and simple pergola.
BLEND
65% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed as soon as they are harvested. Fermentation and maceration at a temperature of around 20/22 degrees, with remontages and delastages. Aging for about 6 months in amphora and steel.
AGING
3 months in bottle. Closure with cork.
TASTING
Colour intense ruby red.
Bouquet red fruits, such as cherries, blackberry, notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate balanced acidity that enhances its smoothness.

Total acidity: 6,0 g/l
Residual sugar: 1,4 g/l
