Under the ancient portico Torre di Terzolan dries its grapes through a natural process. This evocative work of architecture, built by our ancestors with a knowing geographical orientation, encourages the fresh breezes of the Squaranto Valley to flow through. In the vineyard, hand-selected bunches of grapes are placed in small trays and carried to the winery. Here they rest until the drying process has reached its optimal point. Nature and the work of man, time and knowledge.
